Day 1–3: I couldn't stand still for more than forty seconds without adjusting my weight. Shifting foot to foot. Checking my phone. Looking around. Every movement a small broadcast.
Day 4: Practiced against a wall for twenty minutes. Found a neutral stance where my body stopped negotiating with gravity and just... settled.
Day 7: Stood in a coffee shop corner for eleven minutes. Nobody looked at me once.
